  • Communication content: the information you share with us by email, WhatsApp, telephone or through a contact form, including details of the equipment you are interested in.

  • Transaction data: information needed to prepare quotations, conclude a sale and issue invoices.

  • Technical data: when you visit the website, limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed may be collected automatically (see Cookies below).

We process your data to respond to your enquiries and to prepare quotations; the legal basis for this is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, as well as our legitimate interest in answering you. We also process your data in order to conclude and perform a sales agreement, on the basis of the performance of that contract. In addition, we process your data for invoicing, accounting and to meet our legal obligations, which is necessary to comply with the law. Finally, where applicable, we may use your data to send you occasional commercial communications, on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest.
